Our screen print department gives us that extra dimension allowing sheet sizes up to 1200mm x 800mm and substrates up to 50mm thick, from paper or board to plastic and glass we can print on almost any material.

We make labels and signs, all types of point of sale as well as bulkier items such as binders and promotional gifts.

One area we specialise in is the car forecourt arena, you will find Price Visors throughout the whole of the country which we have manufactured being used on a daily basis and many showrooms use our products such as our unique price stand to advertise the price of their cars.

As with all our products and services the screen department works to strict process control within our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

We have two presses, one automatic, complete with twin drying tunnels, and one manual, giving maximum flexibility to achieve those tight deadlines.

Some Litho jobs require the screen process to add finishing touches such as mailers and reply cards that need strip gumming, we first print the litho part then our Screen department adds the strip gumming enabling us to offer a high level of quality control and keep the job in-house resulting in faster turnaround.
